• Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, search terms used on the site

We do not collect your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Those are entered directly
on the payment gateway’s secure environment and are never visible to or stored by us.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us
personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, and where processing is required by

We share only what is necessary, and only with:
• Courier and logistics partners — name, address and phone number, to deliver your order
• Payment gateways and banks — to process payments and refunds securely
• Email, SMS and WhatsApp service providers — to send transactional and, where opted in, promotional messages
• Website hosting, analytics and IT support providers, including Merabt Technologies, our website maintenance partner
• Professional advisers — accountants and auditors, where required
• Government authorities, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or for food-safety or tax compliance

You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in the footer of any such email, or
by writing to us. You will continue to receive transactional messages about orders you have placed, as
these are necessary to fulfil the contract.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order, invoice and tax records for the period required under Indian tax and company law,
generally eight years. Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period
after. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to three years. Marketing consent records are kept until you
withdraw consent, and for a short period after, as proof of withdrawal.
8. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption across the site, restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know
basis, keep our platform and plugins updated, and store passwords in hashed form. No system is
completely secure, but we maintain reasonable security practices proportionate to the data we hold. If a
breach materially affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to:
• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• delete information we no longer need, subject to records we must retain by law;
• withdraw consent you previously gave, including for marketing; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to do so.
